I recently had 3 Aluminium security doors (diamond shape), as well as one sliding security door (diamond shape) and two sliding fly screen on stacker doors. I paid a bit more to upgrade the insect mesh to TuffScreen Mesh.All the doors look fantastic and match the house(s) really well.MSD were very competitively priced, they turned up on time for the measure and also for the install.Overall really happy with the products and with the service from MSD.I definitely recommend them.

We are very happy with our choice of steel security door from MSD at Thomastown. The showroom has many doors on display and we were given great information on the various types. We waited more than six weeks from the the day we paid our deposit but were promised installation before Christmas and that is what was delivered, first thing on Dec 22nd! It is great to be able to safely leave the front door open and take advantage of the breeze. The door looks great, we love the colour and it is very secure. We went for a matching side panel which finishes it off beautifully.

Had two standard doors and a french door installed with CrimSafe Security Doors about 6 months ago. Greg came out to do the measurements. Doors were ready within 5 weeks. Laurie and his son came to do the installation. They were very professional and did a great installation. Laurie recommended that the front security door be sent back for a replacement as it was not the fit that he was happy with. New door came back but was installed by another installer. Noticed a slight problem with the hydraulic door opener a few weeks later with this last door. Contacted MSD, and they had someone out within the week to fix it. Very happy with their after sales service. In fact, we just ordered another CrimSafe for our last door. No hesitation in recommending MSD, especially if the installers are Laurie and son. MSD appears to be a company that cares about their service and customers.

Amazing people! Greg, the owner, really gave us the most honest advise to protect our home and spend the lest possible.He did a special offer including a free window for us! Extremely trustworthy people, it feels like dealing with a family member that wants the best for you. Sincerely, it won’t dissapoint you to get their advise and work. As a bonus, the receptionists at the Doncaster East branch were very kind and patient, a real pleasure to desl with.

From the time we walked in to the showroom the guys were friendly and helpful. They gave us a date and time for them to come out to measure and they were right on time, and the same with installation. We had a minor problem with the sliding door lock whick they acknowledged and promptly organised a time for someone to come out to fix it. I've utilised the services of MSD in Thomastown twice now and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Fabian was fantastic to deal with, offering great input and a range of alternate solutions, delivering and arranging the install exactly when MSD said they would from the outset.The quality of the doors is second to none - incredibly sturdy and at a high level of finish. To top it off the young chap installing the door (unfortunately his name escapes me) did a beautiful job. He clearly had a high attention to detail and went above and beyond in fitting it just right. I will definitely use MSD in the future.

From the very helpful St Kilda supporter in the Bentleigh store, right through to the excellent installation by Laurie and Mark who are very skilled professionals and fantastic ambassadors for this company! The doors are excellent but the installation is just as important, and they worked very hard to make sure the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend this company. If you get Laurie and Mark to install, that is the cream on top!

I had my porch enclosure installed in August this year. The team at MSD are very knowledgeable and the customer service they provide both before and after the sale is outstanding. Greg was very friendly and helpful during the decision process. Since the install I have had an issue with the lock. Laurie and Mark made time to come out immediately and sort the issue out. Great people!Yesterday, they came to install my crimsafe screens and I had such a good experience with Mark and his son who were an absolute delight.Very professional and polite. They did a great job and as a bonus , they were great company ! You can tell, they like what they do, very patient explaining all detais and with such a good way that I felt more like dealing with friends than with a business. They made sure everything was done to perfection and their company was such a pleasure.Best experience from start to end . From the first person who did the measurements, to the phone service and as a highlight the installation. Won’t dissapoint!

From the moment I walked into the Doncaster showroom I knew I'd made the right choice of company to purchase my new security door. Beginning with the very helpful receptionist to the reliable sales person who came to measure up, to Peter who kept me up to date with information and then to have the two most professional and beyond capable installers finish the job made this experience stress free. Thank you Lawrence and Mark for doing such a fantastic job of installing my door and going above and beyond with a very old door frame to ensure the new door looked and worked 100%. It's a pity there are not more trades people like the MSD staff and management around. I love my door!!!

I was recommended by a family friend after her installation . The initial contact in the showroom in Centre Rd East Bentleigh with Carol gave me choices and great information, she was patient and could answer all my questions . The measure and quote with Greg and Casey saw them arrive at the appointed time. I truly did not believe the colour match would be exact to the frames but it is . The installation was stress free, Casey arrived, was so pleasant and professional and making sure he left the place as he had found it.

The lock on my security door failed a few weeks after installation. Michael from MSD doors came out to fix the lock and did not leave until he was satisfied that everything was fixed and in working order. Great job Michael. Everyone I have spoken to at MSD doors have been fantastic and nothing is too much trouble.

Went with MSD as our friend had them installed. Had our whole house fitted and was given a good quote. The salesgirl at that time i couldn't remember her name, i think Mel? was really nice in assisting. Laurie and Mark were professional and explained everything in detail. While measuring up for the new door I asked if a Crimsafe security door installed some years ago by another supplier could be checked. It transpired that the door had been incorrectly installed. MSD Bentleigh East came back at no cost to me and corrected the door and ensured that it met their extremely high standards. Thank you to the entire team. Great service from the Bentleigh East MSDsecurity door company. The measurements taken were precise, using a laser measuring device. Everything from choice of door styles, handles, colour was discussed. On site the fellow was able to discuss the need for a frame to prevent damage to my existing door handles which other companies had not discussed. They are price competitive. I am very impressed with the staffs’ professionalism and my doors were fitted beautifully by Nick. Communication regarding the fitting date was limited, but dealing with Christmas holidays/public holidays they did extremely well to get them installed in a timely manner and with a smile. I’m so happy with the result! Thank you

Professionally run company with great service and quality product!It’s not often I feel the need to praise a product or service on line. But on this occasion I thought it a must. My husband and I were impressed with great service we received on the several occasions we visited the Bentleigh showroom to choose a steel Security door for our humble home. Everything ran like clockwork and as promised - the visit (two visits because I changed my mind!) for measurement and quote, the installation date, and then Laurie and his son who did the actual installation were great - very punctual and great workmanship.
